CHEF TIPS
For best results, season salmon filets and let them sit out at room temperature for up to 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Use unbleached parchment paper. Look for the Parchment Baking Sheets, which are pre-cut and make it much easier for quick baking and roasting.

Healthy baked salmon recipe with Starseed Kitchen’s organic blend of 11 Magic Herbs & Spices.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees, convection setting.
- Place parchment paper on baking sheet. Pat dry salmon. Season salmon filets with Starseed Kitchen’s 11 Magic Herbs & Spices.
- Bake for 10 minutes for medium finish, 15 minutes for well done.
- Enjoy immediately or store in fridge to enjoy for up to 3 days.
Notes
This recipe works with any type of salmon filet, including Atlantic, King, Sockeye, etc.
If the salmon filet is thin, Bake the fish for 7-8 minutes so it doesn’t dry out.
To get an even coverage of the seasoning over the fish, add the fish and spice to a sturdy plastic bag and toss well till all the spice has been absorbed by the fish.
