CHEF TIPS FOR GRILLED SHRIMP

Pat dry the shrimp really well before seasoning. You want to remove all excess water.
Add shrimp to a plastic bag or a large bowl and toss with the spice so each pieces get’s generously coated with flavor.
The more spice you use the more flavor. Season generously.
This recipe works great for small shrimp and jumbo shrimp.
