WHAT ARE 11 MAGIC HERBS & SPICES
The name 11 Magic Herbs & Spices is an organic spice blend created by Health Supportive Chef Whitney Aronoff. These organic spices have been fueling her private meal prep clients for years. Now you can use the magic blend of 11 organic herbs and spices and recreate healthy chef inspired meals at home.
This blend of 11 Magic Herbs & Spices is delicious on chicken, fish, pork, turkey, tofu and vegetables. Delicious on chicken thighs, chicken breasts, whole roast chicken, baked cod, diced tofu, roasted cauliflower, smashed crispy potatoes, roasted carrots and more.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS
- Whole bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (organic and/or pasture raised)
- Parchment paper (we recommended If You Care Baking Sheets)
- Baking sheet
- Cooling rack (optional)
- 11 Magic Herbs & Spices organic spice blend
HOW TO PREPARE WHOLE BONE-IN CHICKEN THIGHS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees, convection setting. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add cooling rack on top of parchment for extra crispy thighs (optional).
- Pat dry chicken thighs. Add thighs to a large plastic bag with 2-3 tablespoons of 11 Magic Herbs & Spices. Seal bag and toss well. Be sure chicken thighs are generously covered in the beautiful red spice.
- Bake for 40 minutes, till skin is crispy and chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
CHEF TIPS
Purchase organic bone-in, skin on chicken thighs. Small to medium sized thighs are best. Chef Whitney Aronoff recommends pasture raised or Jidori chicken.
For extra crispy thighs, place a cooling rack on top of baking sheet and bake the chicken thighs on top.
If you don’t have convection setting on your oven, bake at 425 degrees.
You can fit as many as 12 thighs on one baking sheet. Double the recipe for meal prep.
