Rosemary Maple Spiced Nuts
This is a healthy spiced nuts recipe made with real, whole food ingredients. Prepare your homemade nut mix with extra virgin olive oil, Starseed Kitchen’s 11 Magic Herbs & Spices, maple syrup and fresh rosemary.
The recipe is free of refined seed oils and processed sugars that you find in other recipes.
This is a spice mix you can enjoy as a snack, serve as an appetizer or topped on a salad.

You will need the following ingredients to make this spiced nuts recipe:
Walnuts
Pecans
Pumpkin seeds
Extra virgin olive oil
Maple syrup
Fresh rosemary
CHEF TIPS FOR MAKING SPICED NUTS
- Bake nuts on a baking sheet with parchment paper, not aluminum foil.
- Adjust taste to your preferences. Add additional spice, maple syrup and/or fresh rosemary to taste.
- Use any nuts you have in your home. This is a great recipe for cleaning out the pantry.

Description
Healthy spiced nut mix recipe with olive oil, rosemary, maple and 11 Magic Herbs & Spices.
Ingredients
- 1 c Raw whole walnuts
- 1 c Raw whole pecans
- 1/2 c Raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Starseed Kitchen’s 11 Magic Herbs & Spices
- 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp Minced rosemary
- Extra rosemary stems for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine nuts, olive oil, spice and maple syrup. Stir well to combine. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, till nuts are starting to brown (not burn).
- Remove from oven and toss with minced rosemary. Place in serving bowl and garnish with additional rosemary.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in fridge.
Add additional spice, maple syrup and rosemary to taste.
