I make this blueberry balsamic sauce for my clients custom meal prep year round. It pairs well with any cut of steak, slow cooked beef, elk tenderloin filets, venison, turkey, chicken and pork chops.

This blueberry steak sauce recipe has no refined sugar. Many of the blueberry steak sauce recipes use one or two cups of refined white sugar.
If you are choosing grass-finished steaks, wild elk, venison, or pasture raised chicken, why pair quality proteins as nature intended with an unhealthy sauce full of processed sugar?
If you see recipes that use white sugar or brown sugar, pass on them. You don’t need refined sugar in your sauce if you are cooking well sourced, whole foods for your health and vitality.
This Blueberry Balsamic Steak Sauce uses just a tablespoon of honey to support the natural sweetness in the blueberries.
Source local, raw honey from your area to use in this recipe. Avoid commercial honey, big brand honey, or honey that is packaged in plastic.
