DAIRY FREE GREEN GODDESS DRESSING
Consider this your go to, dairy free, green goddess salad dressing.
The classic California green goddess dressing is typical made with yogurt, fresh herbs and avocado. I developed this recipe for my clients who love my Whipped Cilantro Avocado Dressing but wanted another option with fresh herbs.
After much testing, the winner was a blend of fresh mint and Italian flat leaf parsley. You may swap the mint for fresh dill. Use this recipe as a base and try other fresh herbs to create and customize.
AVOCADO HERB DIP WITH MINT & PARSLEY
This salad dressing is thick and works great as a dip for an afternoon snack with vegetable crudite such as carrots, cucumber, celery and jicama.
Serve this whipped avocado herb dressing as a dip with crudite, chips, pita or fresh bread.
It’s delicious on top of grilled vegetables, chicken, fish, steak and any meal where you would love avocado or fresh herbs. It’s uses are endless.

Description
This whipped avocado dressing with fresh herbs is great with any salad or as a dip with fresh vegetables for a healthy afternoon snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- ¾ c lemon juice
- ¾ c extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large avocado
- ½ c fresh mint
- ½ c flat leaf Italian parsley
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Add lemon juice, avocado, mint, parsley and sea salt to a high speed blender.
- Blend on a medium setting, and slowly drizzle in the olive oil to emulsify.
- Increase blender speed to high to ensure dressing is smooth.
- Use immediately or store in an air tight glass container for up to 2 weeks.
