Add your frozen berries, frozen bananas and all your favorite superfoods and powders. I always use a collagen powder from @vitalproteins or @ancientnutrition which makes it creamy without the dairy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Blend using a high powered blender such as a @vitamix (I've had mine for over 10 years now). You want it thick like ice cream. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I even made this salad as a side dish for Thanksgiving. I like to serve the roasted corn salad with baby tomatoes over sliced colorful heirloom tomatoes and fresh arugula. The corn salad is smothered in the dressing, which perfectly drips down over the arugula.
