What you need to be looking for first when you’re choosing high vibration food, is if it is full of life force energy? Is it real? Is it a whole food? Is it going to move energy within me, lighten me up, brighten me up? Just because you don’t see something doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Just because you can’t necessarily see an aurora around a food.
You can’t see the life force energy behind a food. Doesn’t mean it’s not there. Doesn’t mean this concept doesn’t exist. All frequency carries information. All food is at a frequency level. So it’s all carrying information into you when you consume it and raising the diet on your energy level. So it’s really as simple as that.
Food is energy, we eat for energy, we can get energy from many, many places, so you don’t necessarily have to get it from food, but it’s the one that we are most accustomed to getting it at.
You can get your life force energy in many other ways. You can get it from being in the sun, you can get it from a great yoga class, you can get it from breath work, from meditation, from Kundalini yoga.
You can get life force energy, prana, chi from from laughing. You can get it from spending time in nature. You can get it from hugging trees. You can get it from planting your barefoot feet on the earth and soil, on grass, on sand. You can get it from laying on rocks, laying on boulders. There’s lots of different ways that you can absorb energy. The fastest way we tend to get it is through the consumption of food.

As you’re walking to the table with your plate, you can just say to yourself out loud or in your head, I give gratitude for this meal. Thank you for this meal. That’s blessing your food.
You can take it to another level. You can go on and on. You can create a tradition with your friends and your family that someone always gives a blessing before you guys start eating. It’s up to you, but blessing your food is a great way to upgrade the vibration of your meals.

It is completely out there for you guys to see. There are so many different scientists that have been studying how when you bless your food or you bless your water it completely changes the vibrational energy and the crystalline structure of the food because food is just water.
