SAUTEED GREEN BEANS RECIPE
A healthy and easy sautéed green beans recipe with garlic and organic spice.
This recipe is reminiscent of the sautéed green beans I’d make in my early 20s using Lawry’s Seasoned Salt before I realized the ingredients in that product.
HEALTHY GREEN BEAN RECIPE INGREDIENTS
It is important to read the ingredients of all food products, including herbs and spices.
That seasoned salt is full of GMO sugar, iodized salt, MSG, sunflower oil, natural flavors (more MSG), GMO corn starch and tricalcium phosphate. Products like that one is what lead me to create my own organic spice blends with ingredients that are good for me and my clients.
SEASONED GREEN BEANS WITH 11 MAGIC HERBS & SPICES
You’ll need the following ingredients for this healthy green bean vegetable side dish:
- 2 cups fresh green beans (or a 12 oz bag)
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Starseed Kitchen 11 Magic Herbs & Spices
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium sautéed pan

Description
Pan seared and seasoned green beans sautéed with Starseed Kitchen’s 11 Magic Herbs & Spices for a high vibration vegetable side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh green beans (12 oz)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Starseed Kitchen 11 Magic Herbs & Spices
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add fresh green beans and let sear for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with a teaspoon of Starseed Kitchen 11 Magic Herbs & Spices. Stir and eat sear for 3-5 minutes till green beans have softened.
- Add minced garlic the last minute of cooking, stir well, insuring garlic is cooked, but not burnt. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
For best results, use a non stick pan, ceramic pan or cast iron skillet.
Cooking on medium to low heat will ensure the green beans and garlic don’t stick to the pan or burn.
