Katie Chevalier has a Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University, Long Beach. She completed her dietetic internship at Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL in 2011.
She works as a Corporate Dietitian and as a National Menu Director supporting the culinary programs at nursing homes and hospitals around the country. Previously, Katie worked as Director of Food Services for Skilled Nursing Facility and is a Specialist in Geriatric Nutrition.
As a clinical dietitian doing assessments, Katie has worked with over 10,000 patients in 10 years with all different conditions. In 2020 Katie became a certified colonhydrotherapist, further solidifying a more holistic approach to her nutrition philosophies.
