As your Personal Chef I prepare custom designed meals that meet your dietary and lifestyle goals. All grocery shopping is done for you. Meals are prepared in your home, packaged in your preferred containers and neatly stored in your fridge.

WHAT A ONE-DAY PERSONALIZED MEAL PREP ENTAILS

• Phone consultation about your health, wellness goals, and how you like to eat. Will review food allergies, dietary restrictions, expectations, and discuss what you need to feel nourished. Working with a nutritionist or health coach? I am happy to chat with them too so we are all on the same page.

• Personalized menu planning created for you to choose 4 or 5 entrees with generous sides that may include salad, homemade dressing, seasonal vegetables and organic grains.

• All grocery shopping done for you, by a chef. Need some additional items for your kitchen? You can message me the night before and I will happily add those items to my shopping list.

• Meals made fresh for you, in your home, following all food safety guidelines. All meals are properly stored away in your preferred containers and placed in the fridge. You will also receive a printed menu with reheating instructions.

• Home for lunch the day I am cooking for you? I’d be happy to plate you a warm meal or refreshing salad.

• I specialize in cooking for people with food allergies and dietary restrictions. I have supported clients who are Gluten-free, Grain-free, Lectin-free, Night Shade free, Paleo, Keto, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Anti-Inflammatory.

• I follow the Dirty Dozen guidelines for choosing organic fruits and vegetables, and source the highest quality proteins and fish. Wild caught, pasture raised, grass finished. I am a picky and healthy eater just like you.

Instagram post 18094339684116335 Sometimes you just need a smoothie bowl. The trick is to only use 1/4 cup of water, and add it to the blender first. Then pack in 1-2 cups of spinach. Add your frozen berries, frozen bananas and all your favorite superfoods and powders. I always use a collagen powder from @vitalproteins or @ancientnutrition which makes it creamy without the dairy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Blend using a high powered blender such as a @vitamix (I've had mine for over 10 years now). You want it thick like ice cream. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I even made this salad as a side dish for Thanksgiving. I like to serve the roasted corn salad with baby tomatoes over sliced colorful heirloom tomatoes and fresh arugula. The corn salad is smothered in the dressing, which perfectly drips down over the arugula.

I have 3 of these salads in the fridge ready to go so I can focus on my week ahead 👩🏼‍🍳 Leave it to Thanksgiving leftovers to remind me of the delicious combination of celery, thinly sliced red onion & roast turkey. Add I fresh herb (I used tarragon), squeeze a lemon & drizzle with olive oil.

I also added leftover roasted carrots & parsnips to make it more hearty. Extra hungry? Add 1/2 an avocado 🥑 You don’t have to make something fancy with your leftovers. You’ve already worked hard enough. Keep it simple.
