Description

Crispy smashed baked potatoes seasoned with Starseed Kitchen 11 Magic Herbs & Spices for a flavorful side dish.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, convection setting. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add potatoes to a medium pot. Cover with water and boil till soft. About 10 mins.
  3. Drain potatoes. Add to parchment paper. Let cool for 5 minutes. Using a flat surface, such as a flat spatula or small cup with a flat bottom, smash each potato.
  4. Add potatoes to a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and spice. Toss well till evenly coated.
  5. Add potatoes to baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes till crispy and edges are brown.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy or save in the fridge for meal prep for up to 5 days.

Notes

If potatoes are dry, drizzle a little olive oil on top when ready to serve.
