Easy oven baked meal prep salmon recipe from Chef Whitney Aronoff.
Ingredients

- 4 6-oz salmon filets
- sea salt
- coarse black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees, convection setting.
- Place parchment paper on baking sheet. Pat dry salmon. Season generously with sea salt and coarse black pepper.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes for rare, 10-12 minutes for medium, 15 minutes for well done.
- Enjoy immediately or store in fridge to enjoy for up to 3 days.
Notes
This recipe works with any type of salmon filet, including Atlantic, King, Sockeye, etc.
If the salmon filet is thin, Bake the fish for 7-8 minutes so it doesn’t dry out.
