Description

Easy oven baked meal prep salmon recipe from Chef Whitney Aronoff. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 6-oz salmon filets
  • sea salt
  • coarse black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, convection setting.
  2. Place parchment paper on baking sheet. Pat dry salmon. Season generously with sea salt and coarse black pepper. 
  3. Bake for 6-8 minutes for rare, 10-12 minutes for medium, 15 minutes for well done.
  4. Enjoy immediately or store in fridge to enjoy for up to 3 days.

Notes

This recipe works with any type of salmon filet, including Atlantic, King, Sockeye, etc.

If the salmon filet is thin, Bake the fish for 7-8 minutes so it doesn’t dry out.
