Description

Healthy paleo and gluten free meatballs with hidden ground liver.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs ground meat of choice (such as beef, lamb or bison)
  • .25 lbs liver of choice (such as veal, beef or lamb)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley
  • 23 tsp Starseed Kitchen 11 Magic Herbs & Spices
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees, convection setting.
  • If your liver is whole, add it to a small food processor and pulse till ground.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into 10 meatballs.
  • Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy immediately or store up to 4 days for meal prep.

Notes

You can make this recipe with ground beef, lamb, bison, venison, elk, turkey or chicken.

Fatty meat works best for meatballs, so choose and 80/20 blend of dark meat.
