Healthy, fresh and light Sweetgreen style lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette. Great as a dressing, sauce and marinade.


  • 1 whole bunch of cilantro, leaves and stems
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2/3 cup fresh lime juice (34 limes)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend on high till smooth.
  • Store in a glass jar or salad dressing container. Stores well in the fridge up to 2 weeks.


This salad dressing works great as a sauce on grain bowls or as a marinade for chicken, shrimp, pork and other proteins.

Holds well in the fridge for 2 weeks.

Chill at least 2-hours before serving so the flavors can develop.
