Description
Healthy, fresh and light Sweetgreen style lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette. Great as a dressing, sauce and marinade.
Ingredients

- 1 whole bunch of cilantro, leaves and stems
- 1 jalapeno, seeded
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2/3 cup fresh lime juice (3–4 limes)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend on high till smooth.
- Store in a glass jar or salad dressing container. Stores well in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
Notes
This salad dressing works great as a sauce on grain bowls or as a marinade for chicken, shrimp, pork and other proteins.
Holds well in the fridge for 2 weeks.
Chill at least 2-hours before serving so the flavors can develop.
