Description

Healthy Fish Tacos prepared with fresh baked white fish seasoned with Starseed Kitchen’s organic blend of 11 Magic Herbs and Spices.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 corn or cassava flour tortillas
  • 1 pound fresh white fish (halibut, sea bass, mahi mahi, cod, etc)
  • 2 Tbsp Starseed Kitchen 11 Magic Herbs & Spices
  • Shredded green cabbage
  • Fresh cilantro
  • 2-3 limes
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Watermelon radish (optional)
  • Avocado (optional)
  • Mango salsa (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place parchment on a baking sheet. Season white fish generously with Starseed Kitchen 11 Magic Herbs & Spices. Bake for 15 minutes till fish is cooked through and flaky. Remove from oven and set aside.
  2. While fish is cooking, shred the cabbage thin on the mandolin. Chop cilantro. Mandolin and dice the radish.
  3. On a separate baking sheet with parchment, drizzle olive oil. Add 6 tortillas on baking sheet. Bake for 2 minutes to warm, 3-4 minutes for a crispy finish.
  4. Remove from oven, add to plate or taco container and shape tortillas into tacos.
  5. Fill your taco with cabbage, small pieces of fish, cilantro, squeeze of lime, and optional avocado, rash, mango salsa, etc. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Holds well for meal prep for up to 3 days.

When serving more people, use 2 pounds of fish and 12-15 taco shells.

Read your ingredients, be sure to buy 100% corn tortillas and check the ingredients of the cassava tortillas.
