I connect with your higher self, your spirit guides and your angels to give you guidance on how you can adjust your day-to-day wellness to feel your best.

HOW IT WORKS
With your permission I spend an hour remotely connecting with your higher self, your spirit guides and your angels. I ask questions for your highest good and take notes.

We will connect for a 1-hour phone call to review the download of information I received. You may ask any additional questions at that time.

    Dear Whitney:
    I hope this email finds you well. My best wishes for a Happy and Blessed New Year. I won’t fill your inbox I promise but I wanted to get back to you and let you know that our conversation had a deep effect on how I go about my daily routine and I have begun making a lot of changes. I can see this won’t be easy – for example cutting out some dietary items left me with a banging headache but I persisted. I actually told my son (who is a bit of a narcissist) no I cannot do this for you. I’m tired, I’m overwhelmed and I’m simply unable to do this, you will need to do this for yourself. He looked surprised but then said it wasn’t a problem and actually offered to help me! I’ve been increasing my exercise and listening to sound therapy music while preparing dinner.

    I think most importantly, I’ve begun to see my house and my space as a cocoon; and while my adult sons can live with me for now, if you cannot live by the rules that maintain that safe space for me then it is time to pursue your own housing.

    Either way thank you so much. I joined a Weight Watcher virtual workshop and was delighted by the support and openness I saw. I’m taking it one day at a time but my word for the year is consistency and each month is a word that is part of what is needed to maintain that. So for January it is focus. Not getting too far ahead, but one day at a time.

    I forgot that I had been on insight timer off and on for 2 years so I have returned for evening meditations as I notice I sleep better. I want to add morning meditations as well.
