I am a Natural Foods Chef based in Laguna Beach, California. I graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Communications, and went on to culinary school at The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York. I work as a personal chef and recipe developer, with a focus on healthy, whole foods cooking.
I love learning about food, plant based nutrition, the state of our food system, and health. I developed food allergies as a teenager, and overtime, more health and digestive issues developed. I’ve spent my entire adult life educating myself on the state of our countries food system, and learning traditional, healing ways of preparing food. I want to share what I’ve learned on my journey and help others heal and thrive.
WHAT I DO
A professional chef, food therapist, and culinary coach. I am a graduate of the prestigious health conscious culinary school, the Natural Gourmet Institute. The first culinary school dedicated to healthful cooking, with an emphasis on sourcing the highest quality ingredients and preparing food with both eastern and western food theory in mind.
I’ve honed my skills at farm-to-table restaurants in New York and Newport Beach, and prepared fresh gourmet meals for Orange County based food delivery services. Through food, I’ve found a passion for feeding and nourishing others. But even more so, a passion for teaching others how to nourish themselves.
